To complain about a loud flight, you can

If you want a response, be sure to include your name and address. Responses cannot be e-mailed.

You can also try to find out who owns the plane that bothered you by using the Passur System at http://www4.passur.com/bos.html. This system tracks flights at Logan but it also covers Hanscom if you extend the map range to 20 miles. The default page tracks plane and flight info on a ten minute delay. You can punch in any date & time from the past 30 days and replay tracks. The following information is available: Date/Time, Flight ID, Aircraft Type, Altitude, Origin, Destination, Track ID. Some of this info is not available except in the playback mode. Most general aviation flights will likely be not be fully identified. If the flight in question can be identified, the Flight ID is the FAA Tail Number Registration. Go to a regular Google search page http://google.com If you just type in the tail number and press search, the first entry will be the FAA registry link on http://registry.faa.gov. Click on this link and you will get information about the plane included the registered owner.
