Massport selects Crosspoint Aviation Services, LLC. to provide aviation
services at L.G. Hanscom Field; increased demand continues for business
aircraft

May 31, 2005

The Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport) today announced the selection of
Crosspoint Aviation Services, LLC an affiliate company of Eastern
Development, LLC, to develop a Fixed Base Operator (FBO) facility at L.G.
Hanscom Field. This selection by Massport was made in anticipation of
increased demand both nationally and locally for the use of business
aircraft and to fulfill the immediate needs for additional aircraft services
at Hanscom Field. Crosspoint will provide aviation services including fuel
sales, hangar rentals, aircraft repair, ground handling, and catering.

“Aircraft manufacturers have reported higher sales activity for the past few
years,” said Massport CEO Craig Coy. “In an effort to address this growing
need and to maintain Hanscom’s position as a critical transportation hub to
the business community, this development is a significant investment in the
industry,” said Coy.

Hanscom Field is accessible to ‘America’s Technology Region,’ Route 128, and
located only 20 miles from the City of Boston, home of many of the nation's
best cultural, educational, financial and medical establishments. According
to Honeywell Aerospace’s 13th Annual Business Aviation Outlook, demand for
new business aircraft in the U.S. will continue, with customers expecting to
purchase more than 8,300 jets valued at more than $131 billion for the
period 2004-2014.

Crosspoint’s new facility is expected to open in the spring of 2007 and will
consist of a 60,000 square foot hangar, 18,000 square feet of flight
support, and 13,000 square feet for passenger services. “Crosspoint’s
operation will redefine the aviation experience in terms of customer
security, convenience, privacy, and personal attention to detail,” said
Crosspoint’s Director of Aviation Services Tim Sullivan. “We look forward to
providing an outstanding level of FBO service to the corporate and private
aircraft owners at Hanscom Field.”

With the addition of Crosspoint, Hanscom's facilities will now include three
full-service FBOs, flight schools, several corporate flight departments and
regional commercial service. At an elevation of 133 feet, Hanscom operates
two runways with runway instrumentation for all-weather operations.
